Description
This dataset relates to the measure in the first CRII package that benefited all programmes with unrecovered 2019 EU pre-financing, and was automatically applied by the Commission. The 2019 annual pre-financing amounts not recovered can be used by the Member States to accelerate expenditure related to the COVID-19 outbreak. It is effectively a front loading of EU funding as the amounts not recovered in 2020 will be cleared or recovered at closure of the programming period only.
