The Commission conducts regular surveys of platform users to get feedback on ease of use and ideas for improvements. The structured replies received to the three surveys can be explored below. You can

- expand the chart using the button at the top right of each tile;

- click on the survey bar in the first tile to filter all other charts for the replies to that survey; that filter function also works on other charts;

- access the data by clicking on the link at the top right of this page.

The answers to the open questions "How could the platform better serve your needs? This could refer to additional datasets, functionality or any other type of comment." (2017 and 2019 surveys) and "We will expand the platform to cover the 2021-2027 budget period later in 2021. How could the platform better serve your needs?" (2021 survey) are present in the dataset and have been later categorised in column 4.1 "Suggested improvements (types)". That open feedback - from above 25 % of all 640 respondents - has been very useful has led to or encouraged subsequent improvements.
