Specifically it compares the total number of participants - unemployed + inactive + employed - with a) the total costs of the selected projects and b) the declared expenditure. The data on participants (common output indicators) are taken from Table 4A of the annual implementation reports. The financial data are taken from Table 7 of the AIR.
